Coffee Production Assistant

Handles Inventory Management and ensures efficient Pick & Pack processes.
Oversees Order Management and Collection.
Coordinates Delivery and Issues Invoices promptly.
Leads Pre-/Post-Roast Production, including sorting, packing, labeling, and support.
Maintains accurate Inventory Management practices.
Will potentially lead roasting process in the future.

Barista

Develops, prepares, and serves innovative coffee beverages.
Manages and maintains the coffee bar.
Consults on coffee program enhancements for improved quality and efficiency.
Trains and mentors new baristas on beverage preparation and customer service.
Collaborates on beverage development to create unique and appealing offerings.
On-site work in Alabang, Muntinlupa, Metro Manila.

Business Development Executive

Manages customer relationships and ensures satisfaction through effective housekeeping practices.
Drives business development initiatives to expand market reach.
Oversees sales team activities and strategies to achieve targets.
Generates leads through offline methods to build a strong sales pipeline
Prepares and analyzes sales pipeline reports to track performance and identify opportunities.
Hybrid work with headquarters in Mandaluyong, Metro Manila.

Operations Manager

Oversees overall operations of the roastery and cafes to ensure smooth functioning.
Manages purchasing of raw materials to maintain quality and supply.
Conducts inventory and sales management to optimize stock levels and sales performance.
Coordinates for timely delivery and distribution of products.
Ensures facilities maintenance for a safe and welcoming environment.
Develops and manages production schedules to meet demand efficiently.
Supervises staffing, including recruitment, training, and evaluation.
